Delivery and Return Conditions

You may return the products you ordered within 14 business days from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the specified address, as long as they are unused.

To initiate your return process, you must send an email to info@ilanaliving.com, ideally including the reason for the return. After providing information via email regarding your return request, you can return the product(s) in unused condition with undamaged packaging. In cases of return, the shipping responsibility and liability belong to the customer .

You may return items purchased from ILANA LIVING within 14 business days from the delivery date to you or the designated person/organization, provided they remain unused .

No exchanges are accepted for the product(s).

After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the return conditions, the status of the return process will be communicated to you via email as soon as possible.

Returns are not accepted for products that are burned, used, have opened packaging, or are damaged (torn, crushed, etc.).
